Volleyball:
7th grade girls volleyball-
Thursday- Practice 7:45 am
8th grade girls volleyball-
Optional Open Gym Friday, 330-5p
VOLLEYBALL OPEN GYM FRIDAY AFTER SCHOOL FOR 7th & 8th GRADERS WITH A PERMISSION SLIP ON FILE. No permission slip on file? Have your parents fill one out, link on bottom of this page!!!
Sign up at TA station during PE.
Last day to sign up is for this week is Thursday.
Football:
7th & 8th grade Flag Football
Thursday- Practice after school until 4:45
Cross Country:
M,T,W, Th after school until 4:30
Make sure you have completed the permission slip and sign up form which are linked below.

We offer three travel seasons this year at Ramona for 7th and 8th Grade
- Fall Season: Flag Football, Girls Volleyball, Cross Country
- Winter Season: Girls and Boys Basketball
- Spring Season: Track and Field
6th Graders can also join the traveling 7th/8th Graders in the following:
- Cross Country (Fall, first meeting is 9/5/23
- Track and Field (Spring, first meeting will be March 2024
- Intramural information can be found on the tab in the header

7th/8th Graders must be eligible from the last semester on file in order to participate in after school sports.
